BQ Diver – E-PTO 24kWh

This BQ Duiker truck is equipped with a HMF 9520 crane. BQ Duiker challenged us in 2019 to develop and build the first electro-hydraulic power pack (E-PTO) for a crane in the 100t weight class.

The E-PTO is powered by a battery pack with a capacity of 24kWh. The battery unit is integrated into the bulkhead and the motor unit is integrated into the crane chassis. This configuration makes maximum use of the available space.

Since 2020, this unit has been successfully deployed in the Amsterdam area, where noise and emission reduction play an important role.
