AB Texel is the first to choose the AC e-PTO

AB Texel is the first client to choose the AC e-PTO from E-Hydro Power. The first installation is being deployed within RMO (Mobile Milk Collection) transport. In this case, the AC e-PTO delivers directly. 400V/32A three-phase power for the electric drive of the pump on the trailer.

Following the successful application to this first combination, AB Texel has since also a second truck equipped with the AC e-PTO. This truck is flexibly deployable for both milk tanker transport and refrigerated transport.

When used for RMO transport, the AC e-PTO supplies the pump system with electrical energy. If the truck is used for refrigerated transport, the same system supplies 400V/32A three-phase power to the electric cooling system.

With this, AB Texel demonstrates how a single AC e-PTO can support various applications and makes an electric truck flexibly deployable for multiple forms of transport.
